Cadmium allows the burner to pull on time in a bubble around them, making time pass slowly inside the bubble. To an outside observer, someone inside of these bubble appears to move extremely slowly, almost as though they wre not moving at all. Because of the way time works in these bubbles, It is practically impossible to move, and objects or beings (such as bullets or coins) passing through will be unable to follow predictable paths. This ability is potentially useful for dodging ranged attacks.
